Swedish Massage – This is a basic massage using
light to medium pressure. It is great
to reduce tension and promotes relaxation.
This massage is for the person seeking a recreational massage. Lymphatic Massage – This massage is for the person
seeking relief to symptoms of illness, especially short-term illness, like a
cold or allergy which can leave muscles and the soft tissues of the body
feeling sore. This massage is also
beneficial to those experiencing long term illness such as cardiovascular
disease or other chronic illnesses. Sports Massage – This massage is for the person
seeking a very deep massage to loosen muscles, promote muscle recovery,
removal of toxins and softening of injured connective tissue. Great for those doing sports, but also
helpful to those in recovery from any injury caused by sports or accidents. Hot Stone Therapy – Hot stone therapy (Native
American) is best used when combined with any massage listed above. The hot stones are moved across the body
and muscle tissues in wide sweeping movement to give the tissues and extra
“ironing out”. A nice way to flatten
